What a bunch of useless maggots! Unfortunately I purchased one of their domestic cement mixers some time ago. Six months ago the drive belt died so I tried to buy a new one. Guess what! Parts are not available! I had to order one through the Special Orders Desk at Bunnings. Was told, "It'll be here in a month." Next month I was told, "It'll be here in another month." Then I was told, "It won't be here until August! End of August I was told,"It will be here in September." 8th September I was told,"Ozito are now changing suppliers. There will another substantial delay." Whoever is running Ozito should be shot! I will NEVER buy any of your products again. Every chance I get I will bad mouth this useless company to every person I meet. You have no idea what customer service is and you don't give a damn. You can go to hell!
